Lamb Chunks in white yogurt sauce with rice

This is a great dish for lamb meat lovers.

Big chunks of lamb meat braised with lots of savory spices until absolutely tender then cooked in a white yogurt sauce (sheep milk based). Served over rice, toasted almonds and wedges of fresh onions.

 

Yellow Rice: this is served with turmeric rice, it is so healthy and light that will make it hard to stop eating!
