This hearty chicken stew is packed with fantastic flavor and health benefits, thanks to the butternut squash and quinoa with a portion of protein!

Shredded cooked chicken breasts with cubes of butternut squash, quinoa, jalapeño, onions, garlic and yummy seasoning, garnished with fresh parsley. Very satisfying and comforting, perfect dinner for a quite fall night.

 

Wholesome Dinner Rolls, sweet, soft, fluffy and puffy dinner rolls made from scratch, perfect for every day. Note to myself: Even though name indicates they are for dinner but I can totally eat them all day long!
