Butterfish, if you're not familiar with this type of fish, as their name implies, they're smooth and buttery with fine flaky white flesh and have very little fat. They're easy to eat whole, since they have relatively few bones. We are going to season those heavenly fish with a unique blend of mild spices like cumin and turmeric and much more, then grill them to perfection, and serve with wedges of lemon.. Tahini Salad: This very fresh salad made with fresh vegetables, tahini sauce, pita chips and lots of lemon juice to complement and perfect the flavor of the fish.
