This easy chicken biryani is not too spicy and easy to make for a comforting weeknight supper, it's great to be served in special occasions and Holidays too. Basically its long grain white rice cooked with tender chunks of chicken simmered in a creamy, blend of onion, garlic, ginger, cardamom, turmeric, cumin, coriander, tomato sauce, yogurt and more.... It's appreciated worldwide! We will also make a side of a very refreshing cucumber and yogurt salad with dried mint leaves. Drinks and dessert will be served at dinner!
