Private Class - Tandoori Prawns, Vindaloo, and Bombay Carrot Salad

Tandoori Prawns: These perfectly marinated grilled tandoori prawn skewers, bursting with amazing flavors.

Vegetarian option: "Tandoori Cauliflower Steak: Perfectly marinated grilled cauliflower steak, bursting with amazing flavors.

Vindaloo (Meat and Vegetaian Option) is a traditional Indian curry that’s not for the faint hearted! Chunks of chicken and/or vegetables are slow-cooked to tender perfection in a fiery-red sauce packed with big, bold curry flavors.

Bombay Carrot and Cashew Salad (Vegetarian): matchsticks carrots, raisins, fresh ginger, cilantro and scallions, with toasted cashews drizzled with Agave nectar, olive oil and turmeric.

We will also make crispy punjabi samosas. Popular indian snack made with spiced potato filling.

Served with white Basmati Rice and Naan.
