Tandoori Prawns: Marinated in a spiced yogurt marination, seasoned with aromatic spices and pan grilled till crisp golden.

 

Served with delicious and creamy Tikka Masala Sauce (Vegetarian).

Traditional Biryani: A Rich and Flavorful Layered Indian Dish, made with long-grained rice flavored with saffron and lots of fragrant spices and topped with caramelized onions.

Fruit Tart: Combines three equally delicious elements: a crisp, buttery shortbread crust, a creamy vanilla custard, and heaps of fresh fruit then brushed with apricot glaze for perfect sweetness and shininess.
