Tahini Salad, this is a wonderful and fresh addition to your falafel wrap, basically fresh tomatoes and cucumbers swimming in a lemony tahini sauce. Baba Ghanough, smokey roasted eggplant dip with fresh garlic, lemon juice and tahini sauce.
