Appetizers:

Spicy Mini Crab Cakes with Creole Mustard Aioli: Packed with flaky crab meat, just a little panko texture, and flavorful citrus, dijon, roasted pepper, hot sauce with a hint of spice.

Spiced Potato Samosas (Vegetarian): Traditional Indian appetizer made with soft potatoes and vegetables, seasoned with warm spices, stuffed in thin pastry and baked to crisp perfection.

Salad:

Bombay Carrot and Cashew Salad (Vegetarian): matchsticks carrots, raisins, fresh ginger, cilantro and scallions, with toasted cashews drizzled with Agave nectar, olive oil and turmeric powder.

Main Course:

Tandoori Prawns: Marinated in a spiced yoghurt marination, seasoned with aromatic spices and pan grilled till crisp golden.

Tandoori Cauliflower Steaks (Vegetarian): Marinated in a spiced yoghurt marination, seasoned with aromatic spices and pan grilled till crisp golden.

Both are served with delicious and creamy Tikka Masala Sauce (Vegetarian).

 

Sides:

Traditional Biryani (Vegetarian): A Rich and Flavorful Layered Indian Dish, made with long-grained rice flavored with saffron and lots of fragrant spices and topped with caramelized onions.

Cauliflower Rice Biryani (Vegetarian): This is a healthier take on the traditional Biryani rice, fresh cauliflower rice cooked with aromatic spices and topped with caramelized onions.
