This is a great dish for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. It is very filling, high in fiber, iron and protein. Consists of rice, lentils, spices and caramelized onions cooked with extra version olive oil.

Hot Sauce (Optional):

Made from scratch hot tomato sauce that will complement the Mujaddara dish

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom:

Roasted Giant Portobello mushrooms are stuffed with a savory combination of feta cheese, parsley, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic, and topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Yum
