We will be making: Seasoned Sushi Rice Shrimp Tempura which is Shrimp prepared in a style called Tempura. It’s basically peeled and deveined fresh raw "tail on" shrimp that are seasoned, breaded and deep fried… One of the Fanciest and most appetizing way of preparing shrimp! Two types of sushi rolls: 1. California Maki: Shrimp tempura, avocado slices, seasoned sushi rice and Nori, with the nori sheet on the outside, sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds and drizzled with spicy mayo. So good! 2. Dragon Roll: Shrimp tempura, cucumber and Nori inside the roll, Sushi rice, and thinly sliced avocado placed on top of the roll resembling the scales of a dragon, from which the dish gets its name and essence. *Nori is roasted edible seaweed formed like sheets for rolling Sushi.
