This is a virtual class and will be held online, Zoom meeting code along with a complete list of ingredients will be sent to your email shortly after registration. You will need to have all ingredients handy prior to class start time. GLUTEN FREE Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks: Ahi Tuna steaks seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and sesame seeds, seared to perfection then served over a bed of green salad. Pear Salad: This is a wonderful salad that is packed with nutrients, yet yummy and satisfying, made with fresh thin slices of pears, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, green onions, goat cheese and mixed greens, with fluffy quinoa and balsamic dressing. Lastly, roasted seasonal veggies seasoned with rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper. (veggies like potatoes, squash, broccoli, carrots, red onion, etc.) Special notes: Replace one Ahi Tuna steak with one salmon fillet to accomodate one guest.
