One Week Virtual Cooking Summer Camp for Kids (and Adults) via Zoom Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:00 pm Ages 12+ Kids have to be comfortable with using a knife and the stove, oven, and grill otherwise an adult has to be present to supervise and help. Shopping list and a list of needed kitchen equipment along with Zoom link will be enailed the week before camp starts. East step by step instructions for all skill levels, you'll become quite the pro after this camp. We will be preparing a different dish everyday, see menu below: Monday 7/13/2020 Vegetables and Cheese Omelette and Hash Browns: Sautéed bell peppers, onions and tomatoes with sausage and cheese and a side of homemade hash browns. Seared Salmon and Roasted Vegetables: Seasons skinless Salmon fillets seared to perfection with a side of roasted potatoes, squash, Brussels sprouts. Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine: Blackened Chicken breasts and Fettuccine noodles with homemade creamy and delicious Alfredo sauce. Thursday 7/16/2020 Chicken and vegetable stir-fry with white rice: Chicken cubes with broccoli, bell peppers, carrots and onions stir fried with a teriyaki sauce served with white rice. Chicken Kebobs and Hummus: Yummy Chicken Kebobs seasoned to perfection and fresh homemade hummus with pita chips.
