This class is held online, Zoom meeting code along with a recipe and a complete list of ingredients will be sent to your email upon registration. You will need to have all ingredients handy prior to class start time. GlutenFree, Vegan, Vegetarian, Nut Free, Dairy Free, and Keto Friedly (isn't that awsome 😉) Falafel is a well known middle eastern food, made from ground chickpeas, herbs, garlic, onion, and spices like cumin and coriander then all mixed together and shaped like ball then deep fried for perfect crispiness on the outside yet soft and flavorful on the inside! Perfect for adding to wraps, sandwiches, salads, hummus platters, or any other ways that you love to serve falafel. Hummus is another Middle Eastern Superfoods staple, and is basically a dip or spread made from ground chickpeas and sesame seeds paste (Tahini), olive oil, lemon, and garlic. Can be dipped with pita or cucumbers or carrots or just by spoon and makes a healthy anytime snack!
