Upon Request - Seared Salmon and Safflower Rice

Pan Seared wild caught Salmon fillet: This salmon recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Fillets of wild caught salmon are pan-fried, searing in the flavors and omega-3 goodness of the fish. The salmon is then served with a special Tahini dressed salad that will bring out all the salmon's natural flavors. A great healthy meal for an everyday dinner entree that even your kids will love.

 

Safflower Rice: Cheerful orange-yellow rice accentuated with reddish safflower petals. The slight bitterness of safflower petals is countered by sweet rice. This fragrant spiced rice is so full of flavor that is specially prepared to be paired with all kind of sea food, with safflower, turmeric, cardamom,  and lots of cumin, it’ll open your eyes to another world of deliciousness!

 

A side of fresh vegetables salad with Tahini dressing that will complement both of the rice and fish dishes and will balance your diet.
