Roasted Turkey Breast and Chestnut Stuffing

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, come learn this flavorful roasted Turkey recipe along with some amazing Thanksgiving sides.

Herb roasted turkey breast: with rosemary, oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice and more. Juicy and bursting with flavor, very tender, and infused with smoking mesquite wood chips. This is originally a whole turkey recipe but since time is limited we are applying it on a turkey breast instead.

 

Roasted Vegetables: Potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, and asparagus rubbed with olive oil and oregano and rosemary, roasted to perfection then drizzled with balsamic glaze for added sweetness.

Ciabatta stuffing with chestnuts and turkey bacon: cubes of ciabatta bread with sautéed onions, garlic, fresh rosemary, Italian parsley and carrots mixed with chestnuts, parmesan, and chicken broth, topped with crumbled turkey bacon then baked until bubbly. Very filling and delicious.
