Grilled Whole Butterfish

Butterfish, if you're not familiar with this type of fish, as their name implies, they're smooth and buttery with fine flaky white flesh and have very little fat. They're easy to eat whole, since they have relatively few bones.

We are going to season these heavenly fish with a unique blend of mild spices like cumin and turmeric and much more, then grill them to perfection, and serve with wedges of lemon..

Seasoned Yellow Rice: Fluffy basmati rice with lots of spices (but not spicy) like cumin, cardamom and turmeric and caramelized onions.

Tahini Salad: This very fresh salad made with fresh vegetables, tahini sauce, and lots of lemon juice to complement the flavor of the fish.
