Private Event- Stuffed Chicken, Roasted Veggies and Fruit Tart

Each person will cook a whole chicken (2.5-3 lb.), generously seasoned inside and out with a special mix of spices and other ingredients to guarantee tenderness and juiciness, stuffed with spiced rice and ground beef, roasted to perfection! You'll also learn how to easily truss a chicken and even how to get the chicken clean, fresh and ready to be cooked.

Seasoned mixed veggies:  zucchini, potato, sweet potato, red onions and baby carrots, seasoned with oregano and a hint or rosemary, and lightly brushed with olive oil, then roasted until tender-crisp!

Learn how to make this tart that features fruit layered over a sweet, creamy custard filling and a shortbread crust, and finally brushed with a light fruit juice glaze.
