Private Class- Cornish Hens, Rice & Dumplings

Each person will cook a whole Cornish hen, generously seasoned inside and out with a special mix of spices and other ingredients to guarantee tenderness and juiciness, and roasted to perfection!

Spiced rice with sautéed peas and carrots and browned ground beef. Makes a fancy dish on its own!

Asian chicken dumpling: Wonton wrappers stuffed with ground chicken that is seasoned with ginger, garlic, green onions and napa cappage and boiled then pan fried until nice and crispy.. served with soy sauce... Yum!
