Pompano, if you're not familiar with this type of fish, they're smooth and buttery with fine flaky white flesh and have very little fat. They're easy to eat whole, since they have relatively few bones. We are going to season these heavenly fish with a unique blend of spices like cumin and turmeric and much more, then grill them to perfection, and serve with wedges of lemon.. Tahini Salad: This very fresh salad made with fresh vegetables, tahini sauce, and lots of lemon juice to complement and perfect the flavor of the fish. Baked potato wedges: russet potatoes wedges season with olive oil and oregano and other spices and baked to perfection.
