Pearl Couscous and Baked Chicken

Couscous provides you with essential nutrients to help maintain your overall health. This whole-grain food is native to northern Africa and is commonly found in Middle Eastern cuisine. Couscous is small pasta made of semolina, a form of wheat. It can be eaten as a side dish, salad or dessert, and you can use it in place of rice or quinoa.

We're going to make the following goodies in this class:

Chicken Quarters, seasoned and baked to perfection.

Healthy and nutritious Pearl Couscous cooked with scratch made chicken broth, topped with onion wedges and chickpeas, seasoned with a mix of savory spices, garnished with toasted almonds and raisins for an added nutty/sweet kick! So warm and comforting...

This is to be eaten with clear chicken and onion soup.
