In this class we’ll be making: Oven smoked young chicken halves, this is a lower carbs recipe with savory spices, lots of garlic and tomato paste instead of honey or sugar to cut down on carbs, also we’ll make a simple smoking trick to give that chicken the wonderful smoky flavor we all like. Eggplant Pizza, very yummy and surprisingly filling pizza crust alternative, we’re going to bake thick eggplant slices and top it with tomato sauce, garlic, herbs and lots of mozzarella cheese… Melt in your mouth less guilt goodness. Arugula and toasted pine nuts salad because we really need to eat more greens to nurture our bodies, fresh torn arugula tossed with lemon juice, and olive oils seasoned with sumac and garnished with toasted pine nuts for the added nutty flavor….
