Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna: You will love this Mediterranean seasoned black pepper crusted Ahi Tuna steaks, this cut of tuna is best enjoyed medium rare, and the pepper crust is perfect with this meaty fish, served over a bed of warm seasoned fluffy quinoa (Vegetarian). Pear Balsamic Salad: This is a wonderful salad that is packed with nutrients, yet yummy and satisfying, made with fresh thin slices of pears, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, green onions, feta cheese and mixed greens, with a wonderful balsamic dressing. Last but not least, we will be making this wonderful traditional Mediterranean nutty pastry, Walnut Baklava, which is basically layers of pastry sheets filled with sweeted chopped walnuts and cinnamon mixture is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Lastly we will have a mini chopped challenge competition, teams of 2 will work together to make the best appetizer dish out of a mystery basket of ingredients, and will be judged based on taste, creative use of ingredients and presentation.
